Ergonomic Analysis
Overview of Ergonomic Studies
With licensed Industrial Engineering and licensed Physical Therapy resources, StreamTech is well equipped to project ergonomic requirements for new initiatives as well as evaluate existing job descriptions. It is our experience that government bodies such as OSHA, EEOC and ADA are making employers more accountable than ever for worker safety and forcing them to be much more exact about job requirements and the policies/procedures that govern job processes.
StreamTech will perform a walkthrough to determine parameters of the analysis and meet with dedicated personnel to establish the job purpose & essential functions. We will then observe, measure, weigh, count, and videotape the job and prepare a comprehensive report.
