StreamTech's FoldSerter™ Color incorporates a combination of scanning, conveyance, printer, and folder, along with our proprietary software and controls, to insert each document on the fly, into the box. The folding process, and the verification process, can be optional depending upon the needs of your application.

FoldSerter Color operates in the same manner as the traditional black-and-white system. Orders are fed through the system in waves of either 3 or 4, and controlled by StreamTech’s WCS software. The system is designed to handle your customer-designed artwork, and insert it into the box.
- Up to 12 to 17 Cartons Per Minute, 300 DPI color.
- Up to 15 to 20 Cartons Per Minute B/W.
- C or Z fold, or no fold at all.
- Full Letter page documents.
- Each page can be 100% verified and parity checked to order.
- Verification can be skipped if not desired.
- Can process PDFs, image files, and documents.
- Duplex mode available (throughput is affected).
