NBC Conveyors

NBC (Narrow Belt Conveyor) is the best new conveyor system technology that we have seen in many years. The entire system provides an extremely low count of interchangeable parts that have the advantages of a line shaft system allowing the designer to provide long runs and spurs, merges, curves without the additional of additional drives. True tapered rollers provide a very tight radius providing system design flexibility.

The accumulation version of NBC is completely interchangeable with the transport units and provides options for zero contact for control in certain applications.

Zero Pressure dense packed accumulation is also possible for maximizing conveyor length accumulation and for increased throughput in high-volume DC applications. Brake spacer belts are used to ensure positive gapping on pull-away.

The integrated accumulation conveyors are easily maintained and provide multiple operational modes without the need for expensive proprietary control systems or tools.
