Parcel Sweep Sorters

The Electric Parcel Sweep Sorter is a new design is a uniquely simple clever device utilizing an electric sweep mechanism over a slide belt frame. Sort rates are surprisingly fast at up to 80 per minute and the units can be ganged to provide speeds much faster than that. The Sweep sorter compares very favorably to Bomb Bay, Tilt Tray and other sorters providing 80% of the capability at 20% of the price. Our sweep sorters are integral subsystems of our automated manifest and small parcel automation systems.

The Pneumatic Parcel Sweep Sorter uses rodless air cylinders to drive bidirectional paddles to sort product left or right. Its design is slightly slower than the electric version, but it is extremely customizable for tall or heavy products.

Sweep sorters are excellent for OEM applications such as sealing machines (shown above) and for libraries, returns centers, mail processing, and a wide variety of uses.
